CrafTreat +Masking With Stencils

Hi friends,
Welcome to CrafTreat a place where you can find craft supplies of your choice and amazing inspiration by the talented Design team members who leave no stone unturned to give their best while creating blog posts and videos for you to follow.

CrafTreat has a huge line of supplies under its umbrella and I loved playing with the stencils launched recently. The beautiful flourish stencil is my favourite and the basket weave is so neat and versatile. The stencils can be used in the traditional way like ink blending, Spray and modelling paste.

Today I used all the above mentioned techniques as well tried something new for which I have a video which will explain the process. There are some small stencils with the negative and positive pieces which can mask an area and we can use another intricate stencil on top to get a beautiful output.

I used some modelling paste , a spatula and white card stock to create this gorgeous white on white background.

I used a poppy die by Lawn Fawn to embellish the card. Coloured the flower and leaves using some distress inks and a foam blending tool.

I adhered the flower using some wet adhesive and foam tape, heat embossed the sentiment on some black strip of paper and finally added few black droplets using enamel accents.

The stencils are amazing and I had a great time playing with them and created few more cards. They are simple, quick and beautiful.

I used Prima Acrylic paint and mixed it in some modelling paste to get this gorgeous background. Kept it very simple and elegant.

Hope you had fun !
